General FAQ

Where is your studio located?

We are a private tattoo studio located in the heart of Sodo Seattle. Since we operate by appointment only, we provide our exact address once your appointment is confirmed.

How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment with one of our artists, please fill out the request form available on the individual artist's page. Be sure to read the form thoroughly and fill in every section. Once received, we'll reach out to you with the next steps including scheduling and deposit information.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We are a private studio that does not operate at street level so walk-ins are difficult to accommodate. Although our sessions are by appointment only, we encourage you to reach out to the shop in case one of our artists happens to be available. For future bookings, the process for each artist may vary so be sure to follow the instructions on their individual profiles when inquiring on the website.

How soon can I get in for an appointment?

Our wait list varies depending on the artist and the complexity of your project. Some of our artists may be booked out several months, while others might have more immediate availability. We'll be able to provide more details once your request form has been received & reviewed for your chosen artist.

How many sessions will my tattoo take?

The number of sessions depends on the size, detail, and complexity of your tattoo as well as many other factors. Small tattoos may be completed in one session, while larger pieces (such as sleeves or back pieces) often require multiple sessions spaced a few weeks apart. Your artist will discuss this with you during your consultation.

What are your hourly rates?

Our hourly rates vary depending on the artist, please submit a request form for more information on pricing.

Is there a deposit required to book an appointment?

• 1 sessions: $150 deposit

• 2 sessions: $300 deposit

• 3+ session: $450+ deposit

Deposits are applied to the cost of the tattoo on the day of your session. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 7 days notice to move your deposit; otherwise it will be considered forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book back in.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash only for tattoo procedures. For deposits, we primarily accept payments via Venmo and occasionally CashApp. Please note that Washington state applies a 10% tax on tattoos, so don't forget to factor this into your total cost.

What if I have scarring in the area I want a tattoo?

There's a large range of different types of scarring and how they heal. Above all, We usually don't recommend trying to tattoo over any scarring until it's at least 3-5 years healed. During the first few years of healing the scar is likely to change quite significantly as it settles into the skin. If you're considering getting a tattoo over an area of scarring we highly recommend reaching out with a few clear, well lit photos of the area so we can discuss the possibilities with what you'd like to have done.

What can I expect from a day session?

Upon arrival we'll go over the design together and make any changes if desired at that time while you fill out a consent form. We'll then create and place the stencil and begin the tattoo. Every one to two hours we'll take a stretch break and grab some water or a snack if desired until we reach an acceptable stopping point, at which we'll take a few photos, wrap you up and go over aftercare. Most of sessions are between 3-8 hours.
